In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving the item for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be with all tags and in the original packaging.

Queen Bee is not responsible for a missing parcel. If the courier informed you the parcel was delivered and you are sure it was not, this matter should be taken to Australia Post first via this link: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item

How many sheets should I use per load?

Use half a sheet for small loads (around 3.5 kg) and a full sheet for regular or full loads (up to 7 kg). For extra dirty laundry or extra-large loads, use two.

Can they handle tough stains?
