– Express: $12.95
– Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days (1–3 for express)

– Flat rate: $9.95 AUD
– Free over $199 AUD
– Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days

▸ United States
– Flat rate: $11.95 AUD
– Free over $199 AUD
– Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Customs & Duties

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authorities. Orders will not be marked as gifts.

Tracking & Lost Parcels

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at help@theqleenbee.com.au and we’ll help you sort it out.

If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. Just get in touch within 30 days of dispatch.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or customs refusal, we’ll issue a refund minus a $9 AUD restocking fee to cover return handling.

All orders are packed plastic-free using recyclable or compostable materials because how things arrive matters too.
