Return Policy

We want you to feel confident switching to low-waste essentials, so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to your first box or item only. For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened multi-packs, bundles, or subscriptions unless there’s a fault.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or gently tested, and in its original packaging.

Simply email us at help@theqleenbee.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll guide you through the process. We recommend returning items with tracked shipping to avoid anything going missing on the way.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

  • Prefer something else? You can opt for store credit instead, perfect for switching scents or trying something new

  • Return postage is covered only if the item is damaged or faulty
